An Admin Assistant is required for our Glasgow depot with immediate start. Previous experience of working in a busy office would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be able to work within a busy transport office. The applicant should exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, deal with customers and prioritize daily tasks. Ability to work within a team and co-ordinate with our other depots would be very important along with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
Communicate with customers and other depots
Handle and coordinate delivery bookings
Schedule and confirm collections/drop offs
Entering jobs onto RoadRunner transport software
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Good IT skills
Ideally have previous experience using RoadRunner or similar Transport and Logistics Software
